We have been running a CSA for over 5 years now from our market garden property in West Gippsland. We’re having difficulty retaining customers across seasons. Our customers always give us positive feedback during the season, but after the month long break at the end of the season, about half will not sign up again. We’d appreciate any advice from others operating a CSA model regarding engaging customers and helping them to form new food shopping habits.
