Discussion + Workshop: Build together the urban future of food (Melbourne Knowledge Week)

Part of the Melbourne Knowledge Week is the free program ‘Urban Ideas Playground’: here everyone can dream big about their ideas for the urban future and through an interactive workshop, you build it to life.

Thursday 4 May the theme is ‘Taste Tomorrow’ and on the discussion panel is Open Food Network’s & Uni Melb’s sustainable food systems researcher @Jen together with experts from RMIT and industry.

Program
The idea of the day is that you join in the panel as they discuss the future of food whilst you dream up your big ideas. Next on you bring the ideas to life using a range of supplied materials and tools to bring one of the big ideas to life in a dynamic prototyping workshop.
