hello, I wonder if there is such a machine fr smallish scale to heat ingredients and whip/mix at same time so when portions are removed they are equal in texture.

Hi @melissa - I’m afraid I don’t know anything about this, but there has recently been quite an active discussion on the USA Food Hubs discussion list about vegetable processors and peelers, that included mentions / links / recommendations for:

- We bought a used Hobart FP-150 for $2k that you can put in different plates to chop, dice, shred, etc. It is continuous flow and pretty awesome. But, of course service and parts are super over-priced. But, it is definitely worth it.
