Hi folks, does anyone have costings or designs for on-farm commercial kitchens that they’d be happy to share? I know quite a few people applied in the last round of Victorian artisanal ag funding to build a commercial kitchen, and just wondered if anyone had anything already prepared that they’d be happy to share?
