You could also try the US Good Food Jobs site for descriptions.
Looks like they only have a few listed right now, but if you do a site specific google search (for those unfamiliar with this, you just type site:url.com into the search bar plus whatever you want to search, so site:goodfoodjobs.com food hub) you’ll see many more of their past advertisements and can access cached PDs etc.
