I have developed a natural method for making Apple Cider Vinegar so that it isn't as harsh tasting as all the rest. Many people have commented on how good my ACV is, I had people ring me every 3 months or so just to tell me how good it was compared to leading brands. I have made trial batches of vinegar at 200L size. Supplies, machinery and some retail customers all worked out.
