Hi, I am after some help on an event I am MC’ing for our local food network. We are hosting a dinner event with chefs and producers jointly preparing an entree, main and desert.
In between courses they will be sharing their stories and passions around local food.
I am wanting to use a few bits of research, statistics, call to action points, even short interesting stories of an empowering story of places where consumer demand led to some great changes/connections in the food system as part of my notes.
I don’t ask for much I know!
I remember hearing the stat that Australia has only enough fuel for a day in reserve and enough food for four days at any one time… this type of thing. Any help much appreciated:)
