Following five years of sold-out events, Trentham Food Hub is proud to present the 6th Annual Trentham Growers, Cookers & Eaters Dinner; an evening filled to the brim with sumptuous seasonal food, exquisite entertainment, tantalising tipples and a great big dollop of country hospitality on top!

We have teamed up with some of the finest producers and hospitality professionals going around to bring you a night you won’t forget in a hurry. The Growers, Cookers & Eaters Dinner is a bona fide Fair Food Fiesta and it’s our annual fundraiser, which supports local food initiatives throughout the year. We have some exciting news on the night about what we have in the pipeline for this year and we’d love your support.

This event represents an exciting collaboration between our local restaurants, producers and the community at large, it’s a fantastic night out and we just love getting together every year to meet with old and new friends over great food. Each year when we hold this dinner there are a couple of new producers that weren’t there the year before and there are more and more people that just love top notch local nosh. We love it!

Gary Thomas will be manning the kitchen on the night, curating a diverse banquet of dishes prepared by chefs at our local restaurants, alongside a crack team of local front-of-house hospitality legends with a century of combined experience. Gary heads up the team at Spade to Blade Catering in Daylesford and he is also the convivium leader of Slow Food Central Highlands.
